Well, putting their actions aside, if you don’t wish them a happy birthday will you feel bad? Because at the end of the day, you have to do what will sit right with you. I’m not big on tit for tat, so if someone forgets my birthday, no I won’t go out of my way to acknowledge theirs but I will say something if I know I’m going to feel bad about it later. If it’s a thing to where you’d rather not speak up because they didn’t, and it sits alright with you then take that route.
