It’s a phenomenon of a highly vocal minority with a collective inferiority complex. Once a critical mass is reached, that same narcissism leads to an overwhelming fear of being ostracized from the “community” of like-minded hate mongers becomes an insurmountable barrier, paralyzing them from the pursuit of personal growth. The irony of this is that very narcissism which leads them to erroneously believe they are better than those they try to bully ends up causing them to defeat themselves far more often than the people they envy and thus despise.
