I deal with bpd was wondering why this affects me so much and not having friends?

I can't keep friends. Or they can't keep me. I promise you I'm not a shitty person either.

I also have BPD. At first before my diagnosis I lost a lot of friends and made them angry all the time. After I was diagnosed and spent some time in therapy I learned better coping mechanisms. And was able to explain to them why I acted the ways I did sometimes. They understood that I wasn't exactly in control. I've told them to basically just ignore me when I get in a mood. Or tell me I'm being a bitch because sometimes I legitimately don't realize. It's helped a bit but the understanding the clinginess, almost obsessive behavior then pushing them away is just how it goes. I also always make an effort to genuinely apologize once I'm feeling more my self.

Medication and therapy is a big help.
