I had seen this before on social media mostly. People wishing Congratulations or HB to people they dont even know in person, like the mother of the mother of the person you ado actually know, but you dont know that person aunt, or mother or sister, etc
There are many people I do know that over social media they congratulate for example the mother or the grandmother of their acquaitance, but they never actually know in person their respective relatives.
Today a friend of mine congratulate with a message of like 4 phrases (like a poem) the mother of a guy who she does now but she does not even see in person or get in touch wtith for over 10yrs, they are not even close friends or even interact often, like I say they dont even get in touch or seen in person for more than 10 years, yet this friend wish the guys mother HB and she does not even know the mother in person or communicate with her at all, she just congratulate the mother just because she knows the guy, a guy she has not even seen in person for more than 10 years. and they are not even close friends. Maybe is me but I dont wish HB to a person I dont know in person at all. much less over ap phoen or by text I mean nothing at all at all or never knew. It is like a stranger 100% and I had seen this thing mostly on social media
