How do you pick the name of your children?

I'm not a mom yet, but I suppose I will name my first child after one of my favorite snacks or something. If that's not okay with my boyfriend, I'll just him name the baby after a relative or something. The only thing I would be concerned about it the name not having too many letters because it's going to be difficult for my child to learn to spell their name.
All my kids have family names as middle names (after grandpas and my husband). With first names, two of them I just really liked and thought it fit them when they were born. My youngest he has a really meaningful/religious name.
If it is on the ground I crawl and pick it up just joking my ridiculous word games lol well , I am gonna think about it whenever we have child with my only and only one my future wife in the future , I wish.
The people in my family are named in dynastic format because of our noble ancestry until rather recently. Although I was still names after my father so there's that

I would pick Greek vixens if my future husband approved - Or variants of biblical names like ishailah instead of Isaiah or Adamsky instead of Adam
My dad and then 3 year old brother came up with my name. Accidentally they named me the male version of my mom’s name and didn’t realize until it was too late. But it was a random name anyway, nobody in the family had it
One was tradition and the other one we liked how it sounds.
My daughters name is Leigha (Lee-uh).
My middle name is Leigh. Simple as that
I'd likely pick names from my past favorite students for any kids I may have in the future.
I named my daughter after a convent. I drove by it one day and just liked the name.
Like how Kobe or Lebron was named. Lebron is nigerian for King. And Kobe is a type of excellent quality beef. I like their names
I would never recycle a family, or use a popular name. I would want me child to have thier own identity with a name unique to them.
I'll decide when and if it ever comes up.
I use a random name generator
