How often do you text your best friend? is it unhealthy to text everyday and most of the time?

I text my best friend every day. We both love talking to each other and aren't able to see each other on a daily basis. She and I have multiple text conversations daily.
My boyfriend is different with his friends though. He says he barely ever texts them and doesn't see a reason to text everyday.
I personally think texting every day is fine and good for any relationship as it gives some needed communication and just helps you learn more about the person. Shows interest as well.

Nah its not, I mean its totally mine, he/she is your best bud, I text everyday and every night, specially I love to annoy him by sending irrelevant messages lol, so no, why do ya think that it is unhealthy?

I have had a male best friend, we texted most of the time and after several years I started to love him.. when he knew about my feelings, we no longer communicate. currently I have one... again.. we became so close but this time , we did something naughty (sexting but no nude pic&vid)... anyway I started to remember my past.. I became overthinking, insecure, scared if same thing happen again and i don't want him to leave me..

I am sorry to hear about tht, but if your current bestfriend is also reciprocating what ya feel (like he is sexting and sending those kinda messages too right) then I dont think that there is anythin you need to worry boutt, tho its completely up to you whether ya wanna continue or not but i dont think that there will be any issues

you're right. but he starts to talk less.. I asked him why he's do that, he just respond that he didn't mean to talk less. then I feel like "is it me clingy and crave for his attention?"

nah dont think like that and if you think that you are clingy then he is too lol, just dont let it get to your head, yk what, dont pay much attention to him, dont initiate the sext first, just play hard to get, he will automatically come to ya

yes, he will come to but only for awhile then he has other things to do. lol. anyway I'll try hard to not pay much attention to him. 😔
