I don't like to tell my mother if I am going to go meet a woman?

It's uncomfortable because she says weird things or gossips.

Like my brother was staying with a MALE friend, and with like family there she asks him if he slept over a girls place... such a weird thing to say!

And I don't want her repeating my business, so usually if I have to explain where I am say I am meeting a friend from school or work, etc.

Neither do I. I live with my mother not by choice but because she's disabled. Unfortunately she has a very limited understanding of today's sexualy and what not. So I don't like talking to her about my relationships regardless of weather it's a 1 time thing or the long term relationship that may come one day. I know how you feel.
