Why i'm so sad about my fathers death six years later?

my father died 2016 that year i was sad years ago by then did not think much about his death

then last year & this year i'm said about his death i cry a lot when i'm alone

Because grieving is different for everyone. It can last days weeks years or even your life. When my grandfather passed I was very young only 14 so I didn't fully understand how serious it was. I was in denial. For months I just sruged it off and said nothing to worry about. Then it finally hit me and I realized how I was holding all my emotions in. Still to this day I miss my grandfather. Some times I get reminded of simple things that didn't matter then, but now that he's gone I cry over theese small reminders.

Because you lost your father; why wouldn't you be sad? Grief does't always follow what would seem to me a logical schedule.
