Is it likely my older sister doesn't love her husband?

They got married in 2019 and have twin boys. My sister is 37 and he's 45.
Base on these observations is it likely she doesn't really love him:
- He's not attractive and is overweight
- He's awkward in social gatherings, not the outgoing type
- Prior to meeting her, that guy has been dateless for like 12 years; not out of choice
- When they were dating, he agreed with waiting till marriage. Seems like he couldn't have sex any other way.
- On pictures and on videos (including their wedding) my sister has a forced, fake smile as if overdoing it.
- He gives off vibes of a desperate man that wanted to hold any woman showing interest in him
- He's also a marine biologist with a business
Is it likely my sister just grabbed him out of desperation (last resort?) and really doesn't love him?

Nothing about what you just said points towards her not loving him. You are just talking about him and his traits based on your opinion. The fact you don’t find him attractive doesn’t mean she doesn’t. The fact he’s been dateless or waited until marriage and all of that literally has nothing to do with your sisters feelings. A forced smile on wedding photos is not weird at all. It’s not a natural setting, there are nerves, there’s wanting to look good in the picture because those are meant to be kept forever and so on. You seem very shallow and self-centered. Mind your own business and realize your opinion about someone is nothing but YOUR opinion. Not everybody, including your sister, will always agree. Just because you wouldn’t love or be attracted someone it doesn’t mean soemone else wouldn’t.

It's just that my sister's taste in men changed too. She was more picky when she was younger and all the other men she dated were fit and very outgoing.

Sounds like you are not too fond of him, but that doesn’t mean your sister doesn’t love him. Nothing you said strikes that. The only one that measly says anything about her is the “fake smile” and that is your own speculation and can’t be confirmed that she is fake smiling. Are you are you aren’t jealous that she’s in a happy relationship?

I'm not jealous. It's just that my sister used to be very picky (she even once said ''I'll never date a chubby guy'') when she was much younger. The other guys she dated in the past were much different than her husband.

@asker maybe she came to conclusions that her past types are are not the kind of men that keep long and permanent relationships. We all have what we call “f boy” types (attractive looking man whores) but those are the same guys that can’t keep relationships / cheat with no remorse. I’m glad she grew up and realized those types don’t do well in relationships

Finally a realistic opinion. I know what I see and I have a gut instinct she just settle with him. My gut instinct rarely wrong.
She used to be a more selective/picky over a man's attractive features during her younger years. She even once (long ago) said that she'll never date a chubby guy, not in shape.

For me it sounds bad less because of his shape but because it seem likes she just said yes to have kids of her own and that´s not love but more of a business deal so to say. That way the moment the kids leave the house, she will lose interest in him as well and divorce will come.
Because kids shouldn´t the only thing a couple has in common.
