Running out of options?

My husband was getting my son ready for bed like normal and was explaing to him that his grandmother was going to help us get him pull-ups and out of the blue my son asked him if his biological father loved him or not and we don't know what to tell him... any ideas on what to do or say to him?

Absolutely tell him yes! He’s too young to understand anything else. And he’ll get feelings of rejection if you say no.

he's already feeling rejected from his father and it brakes my heart just hearing him say stuff like that
