I don't think there's anything wrong with it. She's feeding her kid, and if she happens to have a fun picture taken while it's happening, why not post it. Or even if it's a sweet mama baby picture, and she feels it shows the bonding experience well. It might get taken down, depending on who sees it, but there's nothing wrong with posting it.
