Is it weird that I want to be pregnant?

I don’t know what it is but I just really want a baby. Like really bad. If I got pregnant right now, I wouldn’t be upset about it.

I had a pregnancy scare a little bit ago. I had these horrible back aches I had never had before and all sorts of symptoms. I was kinda happy about it and disappointed when my test came back negative.

I may want a baby, but I’m not dumb enough to have one now. They’re expensive and a lot of work.

But that doesn’t mean I don’t really badly want a little baby to dote on and love on and look after. It would be perfect.

My cousin and I always say how fun it would be to have a little baby with a pretty cot beside our beds and when we sit and gossip, we can just have the baby with us looking after it and how cute it would be

Get a puppy.
Think about all the things you will not get to do because you have to take care of a baby.
You won't go to your prom. You won't go to college. You will have to work menial jobs your whole life. Most likely you will have to live with your parents.
Your baby will have 2 strikes against him/her from Day 1.

I know that. I’m not dumb enough to have one now. I also have 7 dogs and 2 of them are only 1yrs, so I’ve literally just had puppies.

My puppies were enough work let alone a baby. At least I could kick them outside to play when they were being too annoying or had energy to burn 😂

No its not weird. In fact to not want to have one years ago would have been considered weird.
God even put that desire into use "go be fruitful and fill the earth"
If you want a garden some prep work is necessary. So to with a child some ground work is important to prep. After all you want good fruit not rotten fruit.
And example goes so much further than a push.
So to be a wife, a mother, a husband, a father its best to work on yourself and be a great example to the rest of the family.

That is normal yes. People want to be mothers and fathers by nature. It is what we were born to do. I say find someone to marry first. If you are 15 then you might be a little too young... But I suppose you still could in most places but you would have to REALLY love that person you are marrying and legitimately want to be together forever.

In my personal opinion since you asked I think you're kind of too young to be doing that... stuff. I think enjoy your childhood that of it you have left and I am sure that one day you will find someone special.

It's nit weird to have those feelings. As a female, your body tells you that one of your goals is to have a baby. But it doesn't tell you when. You're young. Please wait until you're older, more mature, and can take care of yourself and a baby, preferably in a long-term relationship with someone who loves you and the baby.

But considering that propagation is a main goal of life, it's apparently highly valued. So no amount of thinking it's weird or not will stop the universe from forcing this process on life.

It’s sorta normal really, it’s how our brains and biology are wired.

Obviously our brains suppress most of the stuff our subconscious comes out with. However some stuff becomes this nagging thing in the background.

Become a nanny and or babysitter with young kids it might help temper your blatent baby fever a bit. XD plus you get paid to do a pretty simple task and it can give you a true kinda idea of if your ready or not XD.

No, it's not weird. That's what puberty does. The feeling isn't in everyone, and the feelings are stronger in some than it is in others, but it isn't abnormal for a young girl to feel this way.

I’m 16. I’m mature for my age and I have a lot of responsibilities, but I would be nowhere near ready to have a baby. My body is still developing and so is my mind.

Having children now would not be the best idea and would hold back my success. I don’t want to ruin my body and hold myself back at such a young age. It wouldn’t be healthy for me.

Yes I would love to be a mum and I would love to be a young mum (20-24), but right now is not that time.
