Am I overthinking or not when comes to this particular in law?

Ever since I met my in-law he's always staring at me at every event and always trying to listen in on any conversation I am having with anyone. He is always in the top 3 viewers if not the first viewer on my Snapchat. He squints his eyes and watches everywhere I go. Once at a birthday party he saw me with my daughter she was maybe a year old at the time and he came over to us as we were playing and kissed my daughter but corner eye looking at me. Then his brother kept calling him to come over there to where he was and he just refused the first couple of times and then he finally gave in and went over to him and hurried up and came back over to us. Recently went to a gathering I am holding his nephew no biggie I love kids. My motive was to see if the nephew wanted to play but he didn't his uncle comes up and he was like wow what happened to my room it was never like this? Toys were everywhere. I was like well your mom said it's the toy room now and such and such room now. He was like yea but this used to be my room. sad face. So, then he turns to me and his nephew in which I'm still holding him he starts doing the same exact thing he did with my daughter and but this time he was all up on me like I turned my head and his arm was damn near close to my chest. I was closed in between a short corner of a hallway. So anyway, after he finally moved around he went into the kitchen I went into the hallway his ex-girlfriend from many years ago was there and she was watching me like a hawk. Until she found out who I was and she backed off. This ex in particular married one of my other in-laws in the family. Freaking weird if you ask me. But anyway, I am not sure what to think because I saw he didn't do it with anyone else and they were holding his nephew too. But they were blood-related and I am not. What are your thoughts?
