Dont laugh, but we are looking after a pup and he chewed my PE shoes up a few days ago

Anyway I had PE that and dreaded telling the teacher, but she just said " socks and shoes off and you can workout barefoot from now as you leave school in summer"

I had my shorts and top so did the lesson barefeet but it felt weird.

We have sports day today ( inside) and I will have to go barefoot in front of the whole year which I think is unfair.

I know I shouldn't have left my PE shoes out but it seems a bit unfair.

These are the consequences of your actions. I’m guessing “PE shoes” means they were provided to you by the school so unless you want to wear your own tennis shoes, you do it barefoot. It’s not unfair, just unfortunate.

Yes it's got to be what we get from the school and can get at start of school year, so I got mine, therefore the teacher says I have to workout barefoot from now on, but summer is a while away that's all

Yeah, and if you want to solve the problem just ask if you can use your own sneakers or something. I doubt the school will object to you/your family paying for it

Ye I did try that to avoid going barefoot but it's got to be the non marking sort, that's why they supply us at start of the year.
They also want to keep us all the same to stop kids wearing designer or expensive trainers/ sneakers when others can't afford them

It was an accident and I wouldn't ask them to.
The teacher has made her mind up so I will just do PE in barefeet and try to forget.

Thanks, the rule is we go barefoot if we forget our PE shoes, but I never actually forgot.
I am on my lunch break from sports day but thankfully the gym hall isn't too cold as I have to go barefoot till we finish later in afternoon

Thanks, it's warm enough as I have done a couple of sprints for my team, just feels weird 😭being barefooted and the guy I just started going out with is sittingg with me in-between though he said I looked fine lol.

Well I was sorting of shy at the thought of him seeing me in my PE kit but being barefooted was just a bad but he never said anything and just laughed when I said the pup chewed my shoes.👍
