How do I get my father to stop trying me like I'm a punk?

My father and I have been at odds for a while. But everytime I see him he always makes fun of my height always talking down on me. He even bullied me because he's taller than me and honestly there is a difference between fear and respect. I've hated him because he use to bully my mother and I when I was little and he thinks I should still respect him for it. I honestly want to fight him.

Tell him you’re an adult and he’s not going to talk to you that way anymore and if he does you won’t talk to him anymore but you have to be firm and follow through for it to work
