Yes, my twin sister is pretty toxic. She lives in the dorms/apartment for college while I am at home, so we are apart from each other. However, she is still toxic. She only contacts me or talks to me whenever she needs or wants something from me or needs me to do something for her. She only needs me for her gain.


For example, I use Amazon Prime, and I order things for myself, my boyfriend, or my mom on rare occasions, but I pay for the subscription by myself, when I have a limited income. My sister has me order her items and sends me (less than) the amount of money it costs. I got fed up because she uses my Prime account more than I do, while I pay for it, and I don’t even get reimbursed for it or a “thank you.”


I set up boundaries and tell her “no.” It’s hard to do it because she will guilt trip, manipulate, or bribe you when she doesn’t get her way. I tell her repeatedly that I won’t put up with it, and for her to stop. Thats how I usually handle it but you have to stay strong to your boundaries and do not bend or break.

and I would just not deal with them, and they know well not to mess with me anyway... lol

Well, I understand, but that’s not the intention here to have a word scrutinized. Here’s something more specific for you as I value discussion: have you ever had someone in your family that is always causing problems, known of starting debacles, or is downright mean with no remorse?

no not really, seems like everyone has their turn to be the source of drama, my whole family is entirely too many italian women clucking about nonsense anyways
