Depends on what happened
Well, my friend acts a bit distant nowadays. Doesn't reply everyday (sometimes takes 1-2 days to reply) and my friend recently left me on read/seen TWICE in like 3 days (not twice in a row, though). But I recognize that my messages didn't require any response, but it's still rude not to reply anything. And I can see that my friend is online on some social medias. My friend told me that she had been busy with some stuff that she had to prepare for this weekend (she's going to some events), but I'm not 100% sure if it's true or just am excuse for not talking much these past few days. But I should give her the benefit of the doubt. Now that the weekend has passed, I'll get to see if this was true.
I feel like my friend is mad because it took me longer to reply lately and because I haven't been much available these past few weeks. But it's weird because last Sunday, she asked me to let her know when I'd be available to spend time with her. And now, she takes a lot of time to respond, she left me on read twice, etc. I feel like she's mad at me for not being a good friend lately. I'd like to apologize for being a bad friend lately, but I'm afraid of coming across as needy... some people think it's a good idea, while others think it's not. I don't know what to do. I cherish this friendship (it began 7 months ago, and I don't have a lot of real/good friends, so I don't want to lose her 😓).
That's why I want to ask her if she still wants to keep contact with me..
Ohhh yeah then definitely talk it out with her. I thought you had hurt her or something
Well, maybe I hurt her by not being available, by not responding faster and by not texting her much :/
Yeah but this sounds more like a misunderstanding ❤️ you can just talk it out and hopefully she will understand
No it isn't
How so?
