If this is a serious question, then I'll give you a serious answer. In real life, I hold a respectable position in society, I'm a Southern gentleman and everyone who knows me likes me. Do you believe this? If you do, then you could say I am a credible person. Great, that's step one. Next, you need to be reliable. Don't say you're going to do something an not do it. Finally, be intimate. It's a scary word but easy as hell. Just get people to open up about things close to their heart. Divide all that by selflessness. So, to summarize, Credible+Reliable+Intimate / Selfless. Just memorize that formula like a math table and you'll be gold.

No joke, just get out there and smile. Laugh. It sounds so cliche, but it works in the long run. Don't hold petty grudges or compare yourself to others, even just in your head.

I know this sounds like a cliché but just be yourself, talk and smile. Some people will like you and believe in you while others don't. You can't please everybody.
