Yes! How? I tell my story, how it started, the struggles, how to maintain the dream and push through and show the result, being them with me to see the results and say: if i can do it! You can it better. I have net people that never planted a seed in their life, now they have gardens full with beautiful flowers. I have met People that never cooked a meal nor know how to use a knife properly and now they make delicious dishes and have a knife collection and mastering it. It's simple, the chain of thoughts and how to change it from (i am the one and only, all by myself, all alone, i am #1) to (let me show you how to be good, i will help you, show me how you do that thing that you are good at, am here if you need me, lean on me, it's alright, you will be fine). All that! Can't be ignored or unseen.

You need to be understanding of a person. And treat them like you would yourself. Once you're able to do that, a person feels that you're trustworthy and admirable. When they feel that you’re trustworthy and admirable, you can tell them things they will really take heed to and want to do.

Mind you that you don't do this to try to influence or even control a person, it just happens because they admire you. You can influence anyone without having the intention to or the intent to manipulate them.

A lot of people think you need to play mindgames with someone, using "dark psychology" and all that stuff, but those things only work on weak people. You just need to have understanding, compassion, and humility. That's how it has worked for me anyway.

Yes, I influence everyone all the time I interact with them. It’s how I interact with them, with a smile, I engage with them, ask them questions, get to know them. And the conversations are thus often rewarding. But I never control them. That is impossible to do, sometimes the person has something going on and so the conversation isn’t that fulfilling. Usually it’s temporary, but sometimes I just have to accept I won’t get rewarding conversations from them.

There's so many ways. One good way is to make people think you see things the way they do. It builds trust and increases the chances someone will be honest with you in ways they wouldn't normally be.

But it depends on so many things like what you're trying to influence someone to do and the type of person you're trying to influence. You really need a good understanding of psychology.

Yes. I communicate open and honestly. I rarely give exact details on what I think someone should do. I point out positive and negative details/potential outcomes from decisions/details they are contemplating.

I continued to set a good example by practicing what I preach. Work hard, be a good mentor and stay positive/don’t negatively criticize. Offer up suggestions vs “telling them what to do” has and continues to work for me.

Yes. I openly talk about my fitness lifestyle and healthy eating daily habits for over 13 years. It's like I'm educating others around me. Friends, co workers, family, etc. Some have changed to being healthier from my influence.
