What to do about Brother that keeps talking horribly about my friend?

My older brother and friend got into a fight over something stupid and he even put his hands on her and he still talks about her like his ex girlfriend why is that? They never dated it’s like he won’t shut up about her he even knows her voice she called and he knew exactly who I was talking to but he knows none of my other friends voices. I feel like he’s obsessed with her in a way he body shames her behind her back but then acts friendly in front of her what should I do? To make him stop I’ve already tried and he just doesn’t

Have you ever tried not reacting to it? There is this thing that I had to do with Narcissist. It is called "grey stoning". You should Search it. Basically, like a little child, if I showed no emotion then he would stop. He gets bored and moves on. MAYBE, that will work for you too. It has worked for me...

Yea I didn’t acknowledge him at first but it has just gotten out of hand I don’t feel like he’s doing it to get a reaction from me I just think he genuinely hates her
