Will the judge approve the eviction?

I found my birth mom and been talking to her about the 12. Years of abuse from my adoptive parents my adoptive mom doesn’t like it so she is taking me to court to evict me claiming ever since I started talking to my birth moon there’s been problems but my birthday mom hasn’t said anything but hi and leave me alone when she heard my adoptive mom screaming ans taunting me my adopt Parents are crazy they tore my room apart the other day and my adoptive dad pushed me ans said he was going to hit me so hard so will the judge sing the eviction or will I possibly get justice I’m 19 years old
