Weird teen family member keeps coming over?

This person is rude and keeps getting smart with my family. I let her stay over because I feel sorry for her. But it just feels off letting this person stay in my living room where she has access to my kitchen and food. I feel uneasy around this person. She just creeps me out. Am I being too judgmental or is my intuition screaming at me? I really don’t want her back at my house at all. What should I do?
