Family member keeps staring at me creepy?

There is a female family member I keep catching staring at me? What is she thinking about? I don’t understand why she visits my house when she doesn’t even talk to me and she keeps getting smart. I honestly want to punch her in the face. She’s always asking me for money too. What is the point in her coming around my house?

If I had to guess Id say she's jealous. But why not ask her? And don't give money to anyone if you can't afford it.
