So I just came back from visiting my parents and we went to get Italian ! My favorite and I was done with my big bowl of penne and was like who wants desert! And my mom was like I think you have had enough carbs already. And I was like mom cmon we are out to dinner and she looked at my stomach and put her finger on it and said I think your tummy could skip out on desert. And when she does that she digs her finger into my belly and it like makes me want to burp but I don’t so I turn red.
Interesting enough this very same picture was used over a year ago on an entirely different question!
I believe if my mom had done that to me, my exact words would have been: "What the fuck is wrong with you? Is this what early dementia looks like? Should I be looking for a home to put you in?"
Your mother has a point being mortified.
