Should I end my friendship with him?

There is this friend, I think we get along quite well. We talk quite frequently and play games together as well, but I feel we might be too close for comfort, considering the fact we are both in a relationship separately.

For example, we were supposed to meet a group of friends at the beach for a celebration. He private messaged me and asked if I wanted to go early and chill with him and just walk around. I didn’t as I just felt like it wasn’t right. After the celebration, he wanted to take the same transport as me home, just the two of us. Another incident was he tried to hand fed me but I didn’t allow him to because I felt it was too much.

To my knowledge, he doesn’t really have any girl friends except his girlfriend I guess.

Is he crossing the boundary?

Only crossing a boundary if it makes you uncomfortable - which appears as though it does.
The friendship doesn't need to end but you should let him know you're not ready to go there. It doesn't have to be a verbal confrontation. Much can be communicated through body language - move away, turn away, remove yourself from situation where he could cross the line.
If he doesn't "get it" after that, THEN tell him. Be nice bc he's a friend.
If the friendship ends, then it ends, but at least you were honest about it.
