Do I end friendship with girl she refers me to doctor then makes rude comments that she’ll never refer me again?

This girl who’s my friend referred me to a doctor she works with and I got a procedure done, I had a side effect develop and doctor told me to come back every 2 weeks for follow up and treatment and towards the last 2 appointments, my friend made condescending rude comments to my face saying “she’ll never refer me again” and asked me why didn’t I finish the treatment the previous appointment, rolling her eyes and sighing, and told me in my face and in text message when I asked for new appointment time that “she’ll never refer me again”

she didn’t care about my health and just wanted to bring in a client for her doctor to make herself look good she thinks she did nothing wrong and said she meant it as a joke but I took offense. Do I end our friendship?

You are making unwarranted conclusion upon a flawed Assumption. If she did not care about your health, she would not had gotten you the initial appointment. You too had a responsibility to follow Treatment Plan absolutely. You apparently failed on your end as she was the sole reason for you to be able to contract Medical Care. She has justifiable right to be disjointed.
