Should I respond to someone I considered a good friend? this is the 4th time she discarded me?

Please help. I have a friend who quit contact with me previous 3 times. This time I told myself that maybe it’s me and I will do everything I can to make sure that I don’t offend her in any way. Recently I went on a trip and when I got back that I had to rush my dog to his Vet. He would have died and she called and I told her that I would have to call her back. I tried calling back and I was blocked. She then messaged me and told me that she feels that she puts more into her relationships and wants to feel valued. I told her what happened and told her I had brought her a gift from Puerto Rico. She didn’t even acknowledge I said that. She said I made hurtful comments about her daughter. I told her that I’ve always felt her daughter was awesome and just let her know what she was posting on social media and that she didn’t need people’s approval. And, that I was sorry. She literally blocked me from her phone and kept me on Facebook/ it’s been a month and a half. Should I inbox her and tell her that I feel discarded and devalued? And that I did everything I could to try and be a good friend. When I went to Puerto Rico she offered to watch my dog and I told her I’d take him to the kennel because I was afraid she would end up saying that I was taking advantage of her.
please should I respond?
