Should I cut my old friends off because of this reason?

They disappear for days whenever I want to talk to them and won't even call me back.

BUT DON'T I DARE DO THE SAME TO THEM.

Whenever I am busy, I get scolded by them for not sparing time to them.

They then call me "are you a prime minister that you can't spare your weekend?".

They get mad when I am genuinely busy or inform them after missing their call.

But when it's my turn, they don't give a fuck.

They call me "best friend" but never listen patiently to me when having a conversation, they only bother me at their own convenience.
