Children like structure, and it's good for their growing bodies to get the same amount of sleep each night. Hence, it's good to have a set bedtime and stuck to it, with occasional exceptions of course.

Nah not a exact bedtime. Usually 8-10 I send them to their rooms. They can choose to play or sleep. I don't force them to sleep since that's kind of mean
