Is it embarrassing to get picked up by your parents from a high school party?

I’m a new freshman in high school (I don't know how to change the age thing) . My parents are still kinda strict about me going places alone and insist that they pick me up from first party on Friday (which outside of school freshman only thing). It it embarrassing? I don’t have any siblings/older friends to drive me or pick me up?
