Plants. Pets are a lot of work and expensive. I'm too old for kids.
I have at least two plants that I've had since the late 70s. So over 40 years now. I also have several that I've had for 25-30 years. I don't really have a green thumb, but there are some kinds of plants that are easy to grow and they have survived for a long time.
I have one plant that's been in the same clay pot for over 40 years. The pot is crumbling but the plant is still alive.
My oldest ones are either pothos

or jade plants. Another old one is something I have no idea what it's called.
I have a big palm. I have poinsettia. I have several impatiens that are supposed to be outdoor plants, but I always plant some indoors. I have several that I don't know what they are.
In the past I've grown some herbs inside. I want to start doing that again if I can find room for them where they can get sun.
I have two beautiful children. They are growing well. They help out and are I dependent, they understand responsibilities…. they are easy to take on trips. Kids 💯
plants … I love to have.. but I have a black thumb. I have even killed cactuses 🌵
pets - too much work. The only pet I would get is is snakes. They can go 2 months without food if I leave to go on vacation.
now don’t call me a crazy cat lady but i am indeed, a crazy cat lady.
Yeah, glad to hear it 😂
Hahah, you should embrace it! Nothing wrong with crazy cat ladies! 😂
Yep! ❤️🐈⬛

Everything is important. Plants add a sense of beauty to a home. Pets can be very nice companions say via protection. And then kids, these are beings; if raised right; who will be around when everyone has turned their back on you. Seriously you will make beautiful memories that will be passed on from generation to generation.
Nothing will ever beat a genuine human connection. Fine, to err is human... we ain't perfect so we ought to cut ourselves some slack.
Well said.
Pets are such great friends. The only thing bad about them is their short age.
Here is a story about a throwaway dog. He was just pup and the old woman didn’t want him because he was digging up her flowers.
He grew to be 98 lbs and super smart, I told him one day bang he fell over dead. Head still up, dead dogs don’t have their heads up, up head down, tail wagging, dead dogs don’t wag tails, tail stopped. I never taught him any of that.
He protected my mom with his life, until his late day! I miss him terribly!!!
Plants: they're cool but I wouldn't want to care for them unless they provided food and I had a vegetable garden of some sort. So technically, no
Pets: I have pets, I love animals. Ideally, I'd still want a pet but I wouldn't choose it over children. There's nothing that really beats that.
Pets and kids is what we had. No plants... I have a black thumb and kill just about everything I touch.
I have cat, one plant, and a baby on the way <3 plants are nice, they ate pretty and make good decor pieces but other than that I have no deeper connection with a plant.
I wanna get a dog someday
I have 3 plants right now tho but I'm not a plant person, they are more living Accessoires in my apartment
🥰 what plants do you have rn? I’m so happy my two fave girls answered first @melanieeeB and @beebella
Aww that's so sweet!😚
Uhm I should have included a pic lol but I have one small 🌵 and two (1 small and 1 bigger) so colled dragon trees
What about you tho?
I'm sure you will get that and more 🙏🏼
Pets. I'm a cat person. I really only like gardening for useful plants. I grew up with a apple tree, a cherry tree, a peach tree, 2 pear trees, 2 plum trees, a wild strawberry patch, and a grape vine. And then a vegetable garden on top of that to boot.
pets are a definite yes. love animals lol. plants i suck at keeping alive smh so no. and kids at this point in my life im ok not having them however if i met someone who really wanted them i'd go for it. i would prefer to adopt and give a couple of those kids a chance.
Plants do not have any wastage. They are perfect! Clean and fresh air too.
Just need to maintain them. No disgusting wastage as pets and kids generate.
Maintenance is clean and simple!
I already have a pet lol, I can't keep plants alive for my life and I do want kids. I've always had a way with kids (I babysit for my cousins often)
many of the plants I have are edible...
I would not do that with my pets, ever... lol
I actually have a fair collection of rare carnivorous plants. They also help getting rid of wasps and moskitoes.
But no pets or kids
No, Sarracenias and Droseras. The Sarracenia pitchers are up to 1m tall and are filled to the lid with trapped insects
I have a garden and a cat.
I love them both dearly.
None kids. Crotchgoblins are a hard no for me.
Question is, who wants to birth my future children? I don't see a lot of volunteers, and the clock is ticking.
I'll take em all.. Well the plants are optional.. But definitely the pets and the kiddos..
Not a fan of pets but I have plants and kids
I think to have both is good , and it teaches the children.
Kids are highly expensive ill behaved pets who need better training.
Pets that are easy to manage.
Kids, maybe.
I have all three and while it is very expensive especially the kids. They all bring joy to my life.
Plants I have in my garden I did a post with my flowers in it I grow it as which photo do you like the most
I like to have plants and pets. Not too many pets. I have been wanting kids for a while.
I have a dog, he licks me, plants don’t do anything
I still want to have kids. Besides, my plants prefer soothing music.
Pet cause nothing better coming home and my dog greeting me at the door.
All of them.
There's no reason to be mutually exclusive aside from allergies/personalhealth reasons.
I want kids; I would be open to plants. I am allergic to pets; so I don't want them.
Dogs are for men cats are for women
Anyways give me dog and kids.
I wanna have pets and plants but I'm not home enough for pets.. so plants it is!!
Most snowflakes prefer plants/animals, because they are easier to take care, live shorter, and you can always abandon them. Humans in overall don't like to have much responsibilities.
Pets and kids. All of my plants would die. 😂
They are all family.
Pets ♥️♥️♥️ LOL
Never had children that would be nice
I like both but of the two I far prefer pets.
I like both plants and pets. No kids.
@Pinay_ako Thank you for the Like
