I have a strict single mom and I dont know what to do, can you help me?

so my story is,

my mom is not divorced but they aren't together its verry frustrating.

my mom doesn't allow me to have anything, she took my money, my make up, etc i can't have privacy or my own style she chooses what i wear, i can't go out with friends or anywhere besides home, i can't bring friends home or even go there. i am not allowed to speak back or even have a normal discussion without her screaming at me and hitting me, in fact its been years i didn't have a normal conversation with my mom. when i have problems or anyting at school for example she doesn't help me at all but makes it worse by making me miserable and calls me weak. i am not allowed to date or have my opinion on anything. she treats my brother as if he's a king but im nothing to her in fact she even said it to my face. i even spoke to the Student Guidance Centre but they couldnt help me further.

im a confused teen and need to know what i have to do in these situations
