Do you prefer going on vacation with friends or alone?

I prefer going with friends it's more fun, I don't have to worry about finding new friends, we can do everything together and it just feels safer being in a new place with friends.

I like vacations with people outside family because there is less fighting and more cooperation. Around family, people tend to let go of their inhibitions and yell and verbally abuse each other and many put their own needs above the needs of others.

I don't go on vacation alone unless my destination is the home of a friend. Otherwise, I go on vacation with my SO or I stay home. I have been self-employed most of my career and, typically, I don't take one week or two week vacations but I take four day weekends and go to places like Charleston, New Orleans, or Savannah.

Def don't wanna go alone, people who travel alone are usually the kind of people who can just walk up to any stranger and start a conversation with them... I'm not that kind of person I would literally just be too scared to go anywhere or do anything or talk to anyone and then I'd cry of loneliness

Only been on holiday with people I thought were friends but the holiday pretty much showed me I wasn't like them.
They were some real weird experiences and honestly never again...
I took my first holiday alone at 29 and I'd do it again.

I've tried both alone and with friends. With friends was better especially if your friends were bilingual or multilingual, much easier to talk to locals and knows ask for freebies.
