No one understand my depression?

I am crying nonstop , I am stuck in a toxic house, relying on government assistant for income. I am 27 year old and have suicidal thoughts on and off sometimes. I alway helping others, but myself. I lived with my mom , my sister and my dad.

Our problems may be drastically different but we both feel pain and our thinking about the S word.

A medical doctor or psychologist consult might help you in that area of concern.

pull your self together and go out for a walk to the park and talk to people, or go for a run, then ask someone for directions back to your street, do something it will help you...
