How to be freinds with girl went on date with?

How do you stay freinds with a girl you went on a date with then rejected you because she just wants to be freinds which at first I was OK with could always use freinds. Then proceeds to complain about how hard it is to get into a relationship etc... kind of taking it as insulting to an extent

Yea unique situation since I have to see her everyday due to work. ( diffent employers just connecting companies)
