What to do if your housemate gossip about you?

I have two housemates named Mhil and Red.

I confronted one of my confidential secret about a coworker of mine who treats me somehow rude. I told her that she has attitude problems and insecure.

I never told it to Red because I know they are friends with my coworker. Then suddenly I was shock that Red knows about it, so probably Mhil share about it. And now Red reported it to his Friend (coworker)

My co worker is mad at me thaf I talk behind her back telling she has attitude problem. What to do?

You could go up to just her and let her know why she has been rude instead of talking to others about it. People will gossip and say more so it’s best you go straight to the person you have problems with

Second to fix it, tell your coworker that it was intentional to catch them and what you said about coworker was just a bait
