I work in an industry where shit-talking customers is kind of necessary, and shit-talking managers just ends up being collateral damage as you learn to cope with it all. When we shit-talk one another, if you tattle on someone it just stirs the pot and makes more problems. Personally I just prefer to keep to myself and if someone talks shit on me, fine. I’m sure they have plenty to say but I don’t want to hear it lol
