Should I stay home from work?

do you think it would be okay if I went to work today?

A couple days ago I noticed I had diarrhea. I think its gotten. Better. Also one night before bed a couple days ago I took some benadryl and my mouth got really dry. I think that's why my throat is so sore. Should I stay home from work in case I'm sick. I would feel bad though because I dont think there anyone to cover for me

I'd hate it if you tried to be the hero and go to work and get a case of the runs. One never knows when your tummy will turn bad on you.

If you've kept food down for the last couple of days and nothing happened, then go to work - especially if there isn't anyone to cover for you.

You need to save your sick days for when you're really bad sick.
