People who are always "too busy" to hang out or get back to you?

Do you accept that as an excuse? Or do you think that people make time for who they want to? Especially, if someone is "too busy" to see you but hangs out with others?

I don’t accept anything I just read the room. I can’t form much of an opinion off of them hanging with others because isn't that them being busy? If someone genuinely wants to hang out but has other things going on then they will suggest another day and time. If that’s not happening then heck no I won’t keep asking and giving multiple chances to reject my invite.

if it stretches on for long periods of time without you seeing or talking to them, It's usually an excuse they make so they can ghost you without looking like an ass.
