Do I have anger issues or is this normal?

I was hanging out with my friends (8 people) and it all started with some light and fun conversations after a while of not catching up with each other. But then after an hour passed, theyre busy on their phone and it’s getting really boring when theyre just staring and scrolling through it, leaving you wondering if one of them even paid attention to what you’re saying to them.

This triggered something inside me that makes me kinda wanna explode like a lava, i mean do u even care to catch up guys, what happened with talking.. conversate.. jokes. Now it’s all phone and social media. If this is what people nowadays do, y’all better just stay at home and don’t bother hanging out with your friends just to act like a piece of elephants nutsack
