What are your favorite memories, as a child or as an adult?

My favorite memories as a child was going into musems with an older brother and my sister, as well as the movies. Visiting Central Park in NYn was also a nice memory.

As an adult, just going for rides in the country with my daughters when they were young, was nice. Even if I did get "lost" many times. It was fun and and they always said whenever I made a UTurn, "Well, she's lost again!"

Two stand out.

First, we lived in Germany when I was a boy. We'd fly back to the U. S. at the end of every school year and spend the summers on an island in the northeast. One memory is just summers there in general, but the specific memories are each time the car parked in the driveway and I got out and smelled the salt air and the pine trees next to the garage.

The second memory is being a little kid and sitting on a Pan Am Boeing 747 taking off from JFK airport in New York. Will stay with me forever and every time I'm on a plane taking off, I feel like a little kid again. Never gets old.

going to the beach when young, we lived in the countryside, and my father worked hard on the motor ways, so the beach was pleasant to go to,

as an adult with my two daughters the same except I taught them to swim, and surf, plus other fun things for water,

on a personal side, as an adult, meeting my husband the first time,

Roller skating.
Going shopping at the mall.
Going to King's Dominion.
