Is My Boyfriend Ungrateful?

Question

Yesterday was Thanksgiving after spending a weekend at his mom's house we both caught the cold and got sick. I've been trying to care for myself and him and he has helped me too. However today he kept badgering me to make food for him although I am also sick and could barely stand up. My mother was supposed to bring us food but she ended up saying she couldn't until tomorrow, we were both hungry and I decided to roam in the fridge to make food. I made some corn and chicken fajitas all while trying to clean the kitchen all he did was comment on how I misplaced the handheld vacuum and how I wasn't making the meal he desired, even though we are low on food, we both ate and his mother brought leftovers, I told him later it hurt my feelings and how ungrateful I felt he was he issued a fake apology and even laughed while doing so, he also has done this before when I asked him to stop calling me racial slurs and names like "monkey, thick skull, and sometimes n word" I'm not his general type I am dark he likes light or mixed and I truly genuinely believe that if I was the girl he wanted he would respect me more and treat me better.

He should have been more grateful, but see how he acts when he is feeling better. Male immune systems are weaker than women's, so perhaps he is only acting that way because he is sick.

I'm not mixed, I'm European, but my ancestry includes southern areas & I tan relatively dark in the summer. Anyone calling me a n* or anything like that would lose some teeth when I slam the door in his face.

He’s acting like a baby with a cold he wants to be coddled and taken care of. I’d see how he acts when he’s healthy. But if it were me in the situation I’d tell him to make his own food if he wants something specific. The world doesn’t stop turning just because he’s sick. My only question is the parental help just because you’re both sick or is it a regular thing. Is he a mamas boy, I personally avoid mamas boys because they seem to lack independence
