What should I do about my problematic neighbor?

My neighbor has a 19 year old son ( let’s call him Joe). Well Joe came back to live with his parents. Ever since, things have gotten worse. At first he stated parking his car right next to mine and damn he has dented my car with his car doors. Then two weeks ago I complained to the manager because he came in late banging my walls and was literally caught by my doorbell camera peeing in front of my apartment. Then after finding out I complained, the prick has been playing loud music every night. Then yesterday my dad was coming into my apartment to visit and he was right behind my dad…he was again caught by my camera when he tried to spit at my dad (the spit landed on my door). I tried talking to his dad about it but the old man acts as if I’m the one causing them trouble. What should I do?

Oh man… I feel for you… would hate this kind of situation with neighbors. I guess you can do yoga lol I don’t know how to deal with this people maybe a man would, or you could scare him or something 😞

Best of luck. Nobody cares about neighbor issues. Not cops, city not lawyers. Best treatment is annoy the hell out of them back until they move.

You could go to small claims about the dents. And possibly a restraining order for the spitting and peeing.

Perhaps the best answer I’ve received about this question. I had never faced a situation like this before and now I’ve found myself not knowing what to do to make it stop. Thank you for your realistic advice. 😊👍🏼
