What should I do about my noisy neighbor situation?

I live in a studio apartment that my living room and dining room echoes. Which has caused me to whisper and tip toe in my apartment. Well lately, my next door neighbors have been getting upset with me. To the point they gang stalk me to the parking lot and keep a eye out on me in the hallway. They get upset whenever I wash dishes, cook, and even open my pantry cabinets. I have done everything I can to comply and not be a rude resident to my neighbors. But no matter what I do, they still get upset with me. I’ve lost a lot of weight because I cannot touch my own dishes or utensils without noise bothering them. I cannot heat up food in the microwave because cause the beeping bothers them. I have developed stress and anxiety to the point I’m losing hair. I have looked for different apartments but have trouble moving because of the weather. What should I do?

(I should also clarify, I cannot call my landlord to complain because they are on family vacation for the holidays).

Here’s what I did




First offense, bang on the wall that separated our apartment rooms.


Second offense, personally walked up to his door and banged on it and when he opened it, asked him to turn it down


Third offense, bled out the air in his tires


Fourth & fifth offenses, called the cops on his ass. It stopped after that. Cause the police department notified the landlord and threatened fines if they got another noise complaint
