I have nightmares all the time. I've had many traumatic events in the past, frankly, no psychiatrist has helped at all. When I was a child, I had a very fanatical Muslim grandmother, he would constantly scare and threaten me with Islamic things, their traces still did not go away, my mother and father divorced when I was 1 year old. My mother always had boyfriends and we changed houses all the time. I got married 2 months ago. I'm going to another country in 1 month. I'm constantly anxious to see my family. "Will my husband forget me? Will he stop loving me in a month?"
"I have a 12-hour flight, if there is turbulence on the flight, will I be too panicked?"
there are so many stupid ideas

Your case sounds very similar to a close friend of mine who's had trauma due to their upbringing and it triggers anxiety for them as well.
Therapy is honestly the only proper way to be able to unravel it. Sometimes you may need to meet a couple different therapists before you find one who can help you properly. Additionally when one is dealing with deeply ingrained trauma, it takes quite some time to work through it, sometimes months or more.
So my advice would be to give therapy a chance and give it enough time.
You need to calm down and try to divert your mind when such a thought comes in your mind, just think the worst is behind you now and everything will fall in place for you 🙂
Yeah see another therapist nobody on gag will be able to give u the help u require
