Can anyone tell at all what stone this could be?

I was given this by a relative and have no idea what stone this is. (Glass, gemstone, etc.) Would anyone have any idea at all?

Looks like glass to me. But there are blue diamonds, blue topaz and aquamarine. Could be something else too.

Looks like glass. You could always take it to an assayer/jeweler to be sure though.

Probably glass. Take it into a jewelry store and they could help you.

That looks like a blue topaz to me.
