The thing is he's one of my dad's close friend and confidante. But he's been acting weird around me lately. He's known me since I was a baby and have seen me grown up. I've never really been around him every time he comes over so he gives me my space. But the thing is, I've been over hearing that some of my close mutual friend has been wanting to set up a blind date because my dad's family friend was really interested in me. I don't know how I feel about this and need third party opinions from Gag community.

I'd suggest you reframe the question: have the question be, would I, Sailormoon95, want to go on a date with this guy? Just dinner or coffee. Talk to the man. Zero obligation. But it'll tell you whether you can communicate. Whether you have any interest at all in him. It'll also give you a huge amount of information on whether he likes you. And you can go from there.
