My partner and I have been dating for about 2 years and since before we got together I've been clear that I don't want kids. This is in part because I don't think I could financially look after a child and having a medical condition that causes clotting issues that if I were to fall pregnant I would have to give myself instructions in my tummy daily for the duration of my pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Before I knew about the injections I was on the fence but with no deep desire to be a mother.

My partner has always been supportive about my discussion but open about the fact he is the last of his family line and as a result has wanted kids.
