Am I an instigator (READ THE DETAILS)?

Okay, so here's what happened. I was on a call with my auntie, and we were having a normal conversation. My sister was sitting on the other sofa (she has beef with her) and she was telling me that she didn't like my voice and how loud I was being although I was being like normal tone. Then, my aunt tells her off and they start arguing and I try to calm them both down, trying to mediate the situation and they just keep going at it. It gets personal and my sister starts crying and then I hang up. She, enraged, tells me to call her back so she can curse her out and she does just that. My aunt gets my uncle involved and he tells my sister off because she also said some nasty stuff.

I end the call, comfort my sister, make her some food and calm her down successfully. She believed that it wasn't my fault and it was between her and my aunt. I knew she'd call my dad and tell him what happened, and I knew he'd pin the blame on me because everytime a situation like this happens and I'm nearby, it is automatically my fault.

Fast forward like a few hours and my dad is talking to my sister about it. He said that it's my fault because I was talking to her in the first place and that I was an instigator. My sister begins to get mad and she blames me for it even though I wasn't even involved in it. Now, my sister is blaming me for the situation calling me an instigator.

I don't know what to do here and I don't know if I am or not because it's not my intention to start problems.
