My boyfriend and his cousin sharing room. Is it okay?

My boyfriend is 23 years old and his cousin is 11 years old. The cousin is like an adopted child in their family so she got no room. My boyfriend's room is the biggest room in all of his siblings (2 siblings, they have room eachs but smaller) and the younger cousin sleeps in his room in the same mattress w/ him. We video call sometimes and i see a pillow between them to separate.

I'm just really worried about this setting. She's still a girl and he's still a boy. Should i worry?
